At Physio You our mission is to provide an individually tailored approach to assessment, diagnoses and treatment of our patients ensuring maximum health and wellbeing. Our fully equipped studio is located at Casuarina in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.

Our Physiotherapist Jerry Cassell is currently part of the Physio team at QLD Cricket responsible for ensuring players are able to perform at their peak throughout the season.

Jerry will always offer one on one hands-on treatment that is specific to your needs. Initial assessment duration is 45-60 minutes to ensure a thorough understanding of patient injury and history is obtained. Patients will always receive a minimum of a 45-minute one on one treatment session any time you visit us. Jerry is patient focused and recovery oriented.

Your treatment will always be individually tailored using the latest evidence informed practice techniques, and based on the results of a detailed initial assessment and subsequent reassessments of your condition. Jerry treats all types of injuries including neurological and cardio respiratory disorders, and specialises in providing long-term solutions.
